I’ll be honest — I stopped writing this newsletter a while ago.

Not because I didn’t have anything to say.
But because I didn’t feel like I was saying anything worth reading.

And I didn’t want to add to the noise.

But over the last 12 months, something clicked.

I’ve been in the trenches with SaaS teams, agencies, consultants — building outbound systems, fixing positioning, rewriting cold email from the ground up, and turning LinkedIn content into revenue.

And I kept seeing the same pattern:
