What makes a good client

I’m sitting at my desk right now looking over client campaigns past and present and it’s striking to me the common themes on who we were able to generate success for and who we weren’t.

Here’s a breakdown of a successful client so that you can emulate it for your business:

  1. Understands the difference between product/service & offer

  2. Has a defined ICP

  3. Has a proven offer that’s been working for over 6 months

  4. Has a well designed landing page that checks all boxes

    1. Bold headline

    2. VSL

    3. Social proof

    4. Methodology

    5. CTA - book a call

  5. Lots of social proof with recognisable companies

  6. Has a sales teams

  7. Has a sales process that includes, discovery, demo and closing

  8. Has a CRM set up for lead nurturing

  9. Understands how to delegate and let experts do what they were hired for

  10. Understands that cold email can be a temporary loss leader while pipeline builds up

  11. Pipeline isn’t reliant on one channel and we aren’t saving the business

I’m probably missing some points but this is what sticks out to me as I write this.

If you read that list and don’t identify with any of it, you’ve got some work to do.

If you read the list and feel like you fit every category then book a call with me so we can print your more money.

Have a great weekend
