When to scale
Question from an Outbounder sub reads:
“Tom, when should I scale up my outbound efforts?”
My thoughts:
Before you try and scale with outbound.
Try and win with outbound.
Too many people are focussed on scaling their daily messages.
Before they've found PMF.
All that happens.
Is that you send more bad emails at scale.
You should knuckle down on finding a winner.
Imo this looks like
5%+ Reply rate.
0.5-1% Meeting book rate.
Closing at 15% minimum.
Tick these three and you can scale.
