The problem with lead gen agencies...
Lead gen agencies are great…
If you can close deals.
The problem is…
Most B2B businesses either can’t close deals.
Or…
Have a sales process so clunky and bad that deals fall through the cracks.
In my experience, this is the reason that most lead gen agency —> client relationships last 2-3 months max.
The cost of the leads outweighs new sales creating a negative ROI.
This means the B2B company isn’t able to create a consistent deal flow
AND…
The lead gen agency is constantly on the prowl for clients.
It’s a downward spiral that leaves a bad taste in everyone’s mouth.
But it doesn’t need to be this way.
In the next couple of weeks, I’m going to be launching the next iteration of my business.
And my goal is to solve the problem of 99% of lead gen agency and client relationships.
It’s going to involve:
Long-term (6-12 month) partnerships.
Completely DFY acquisition systems (lead gen —> new clients)
+ lots more that I won’t reveal yet.
