This weekend I was travelling by train across England to see my friends.

If you’re not from the UK you won’t know but the trains here are awful.

Over the past few years, prices have shot up, service has dropped significantly and strikes have made planning impossible.

It’s so bad that I was actually shocked that I made it to my destination on time without too much delay.

We are seeing the chronic decay across many areas of society right now.

I’m noticing it significantly in the B2B market.

Much like the trains, service providers have gotten more expensive for worse service.

It’s rare these days that I’m ecstatically happy with service and many buyer feel the same.

It’s gotten to the point where like me with the train, buyers are not expecting great things and are often shocked when it goes to plan.

It’s a shame but also represents a golden opportunity for those who dare to be differen’t.

The market is SCREAMING out for 10/10 service providers who produce great results, have responsive customer support and don’t bankrupt them.

The bar is so low right now that you don’t even have to be 10/10…

A 6/10 would make a difference…

But why strive for the baseline.
