The exact moment you should stop sending cold emails.

Every now and then I get a prospect that asks me on a sales call if they can control the flow of leads we generate.

Essentially asking if they can slow it down when it starts generating crazy numbers.

Lets get one thing every clear:

Cold outreach is NOT easy and turning a stranger into a paying customer is the no.1 issue that most businesses deal with.

If it’s working… why would you want to slow it down?

I think most people underestimate how hard it is to find a winning outbound strategy that not only converts people from cold but also makes sense for the business owner to run.

An offer needs to work both ways.

If you can’t handle the flow of leads there is a simple solution.

You hire, and hire and hire again as you scale.

Finding a winning outbound strategy is a beautiful thing and once you nail it under no circumstance should you stop.

Ride the wave and keep riding until it doesn’t work anymore.

Then go again.

The stop, start mentality is what keeps you in the feast and famine cycle.
