1. What is your sending infrastructure like?

- Are you sourcing your domains from a reputable provider like GoDaddy or Porkbun?
- Where are you hosting your email accounts?
- Are you using Instantly.ai to send your emails?

2 . Where do you source your leads?

- What tools are you using?
- How are you extracting data? (Findymail)
- How are you enriching, segmenting and managing your leads? (Clay)
- Have you cleaned and verified your data? (NeverBounce)

3. What messaging are you using?

- Are you focussing on pain points?
- Are you writing clean, concise, scannable copy? (Twain)
- Are you using relevant case studies?
- Are you're CTA's frictionless?
- Is your copy spam word free / deliverable? (Mailmeteor)

4. What systems do you have in place for inbox management?

- Do you have your replies templated?
- Do you have a dedicated inbox manager?
- Are you replying in 15 mins or less?
- Do you have a proper follow up procedure in place?

Most prospects are doing 10-15% of the above and wondering why they aren't getting results.

Be honest with yourself - are you doing everything right?

If YES and you’re still not getting results, you have an offer problem.
