53 sales opps in 1 week

I was looking over client results and counted 53 positive sales opportunities last week (Mon 29th June - Saturday 3rd Aug) here's 4 areas we are focussing on:

1. Offer led messaging:

When you're operating in competitive niches like ecom or the agency space, offer is everything. We've been working with our clients to create offers that scale on cold traffic. These offers have to solve a painful specific problem, have a convincing unique mechanism and risk reversal to make the prospect feel like they have to jump on a call.

2. Clean, concise copy:

Easy to read and easy to scan, we cut out all the fluff from our emails so that a prospect can mentally respond in less than a second. Your long, fluffy, formal emails are wasting your prospects time. Get to to point.

Very much enjoying Twain as a tool to look over our copy + Mailmeteor's free spam word checker (this is a non negotiable).

3. Segmented lists + relevancy:

All our clients lists are heavily segmented with Clay / ChatGPT & enriched with Findymail, this lets us create smaller, hyper relevant campaigns in Instantly.ai with slightly adjusted offers and case studies that the prospect can relate to.

4. Simple, frictionless CTA's:

CTA's should evoke a yes or no response, we are optimising our campaigns so that prospects can reply without having to really think. The offer, messaging and simple CTA remove any friction.

Example: {simple offer explanation}, {RANDOM | would you be open to find out more? | could I share some info? | Would you be open to some info? | Would you be open to learning more?}
