How we’re generating 1 positive lead for every 135 emails sent (within 3 days of launching the campaign)
Background:
This client offers a unique service in a blue ocean market. They came to us after struggling to scale their outbound efforts and facing severe deliverability issues.
How we did it:
1. Infrastructure:
The client was sending campaigns from their main domain, leading to poor deliverability and high bounce rates.
We solved this by setting up a fresh Instantly.ai account and using their DFY email set to generate 20 new domains and email accounts for sending. This boosted both deliverability and scalability.
2. Leads:
The client had around 7k leads. We segmented them using Clay and validated the emails via Findymail to ensure accuracy and reduce bounce rates to a healthy level (<2%).
This allowed us to quickly launch campaigns with confidence.
3. Copy:
The client’s previous campaigns were riddled with spam words and non-plain text elements like:
- HTML
- Links
- Open tracking
We removed these issues and optimised their copy using Mailmeteor, incorporating fresh angles with our proven outreach scripts, such as:
