A few months ago I was approached by a business owner of a manufacturing company who had watched my youtube videos and was desperate for help.
They had tried cold outbound and sent thousands of emails but had generated zero replies.
When I hear that on a call I can bet £1 million that they are doing something wrong.
So I offered a consultation to deep dive into their instantly account and have a look at what was going on.
What I found didn’t surprise me.
Non .com domains (think .xyz .info)
Generic sending names for the email accounts (info@, sales@)
Unverified leads (upwards of 88% bounce rate on campaigns)
Links in the emails (tanking deliverability)
Non segmented lead lists (No understanding of pain points)
Terrible copy (platitudes, hard CTAs)
As soon as I saw this, I knew the current set up couldn’t be saved.
So I presented the owner with an offer to rebuild the entire thing from scratch.
Obviously they accepted.
Here’s what we did for them:
Bought and set up 20 new (.com) domains.
Technically formatted them to maximise deliverability.
Set the domains to warm for 2 weeks minimum on Instantly.
Built our 3 core personas to build lists around (Funeral homes, schools and signage companies).
Used Clay to build out lead lists and qualify them automatically.
Enriched relevant companies with key decision makers.
Crafted 3 campaigns targeted towards the individual persona and their pain points (we use AI + company intel for this research).
After 2 weeks we launched 3 campaigns.
What happened?
Since launch on January 30th 2024 the campaigns have generated 51 sales opportunity.

Now you can ignore the dollar value next to opportunities, the businesses average deal size is $25k.
Running the numbers:
$25k x 51 = $1,275,000 in pipeline value.
From nothing → $1.27M in 2 months.
This company turned around their entire year by trusting a team of experts.
